Have you ever lost a sale because a promotion started late? Or found your Black Friday prices still live on Monday morning because you forgot to revert them?

Both situations cost real money. And they happen every week to store owners who still update prices manually on Nuvemshop.

agendabee solves exactly that: you schedule the price change in advance, and the bees execute it automatically at the right time — no need to be in front of a screen.

Below are the most common questions from people discovering agendabee for the first time.

What does agendabee actually do?
#

agendabee is a SaaS platform integrated with Nuvemshop that automates price updates and reversions in online stores.

Instead of logging into your store at midnight to launch a promotion, you create the schedule days in advance. You set which products, which prices, when it starts, and when it ends. After that, there is nothing else to do.

The agendabee bees monitor the scheduled time and execute the changes automatically — including the reversion back to original prices.

agendabee updates two price fields per product: the original price and the promotional price (the crossed-out price shown in the storefront to indicate a discount).

How does the scheduling process work in practice?
#

The flow was designed to be completed in a few minutes, even for stores with hundreds of products.

You go through five steps inside the app:

  1. Setup — give the schedule a name, set the date and time for the update, and optionally set the date and time for the automatic reversion.
  2. Product selection — choose which products are affected by browsing all store items, filtering by category, or searching by product name.
  3. New price definition — edit values individually or apply a discount (or increase) percentage in bulk across all selected products at once. You can also configure smart rounding, such as making all prices end in .99 or .90.
  4. Review — see a full summary before confirming: products, new prices, dates, and times.
  5. Confirmation — schedule saved. From this point, the bees take over.

Executions always happen on the hour (8 AM, 2 PM, 11 PM, for example). It is not possible to schedule for a specific minute like 2:32 PM.

Which products and stores does agendabee support?
#

agendabee works with any product listed in your Nuvemshop store, regardless of category or type.

You can schedule prices for:

  • All products in the store at once
  • Products from a specific category
  • Products selected individually by name

This covers stores with 20 products as well as operations with thousands of SKUs. The system was built to scale — the more products you have, the more time agendabee saves you.

Today the platform serves Nuvemshop stores in Brazil. Expansion to other ecosystems such as Shopify, Tray, and Loja Integrada is planned for the future.

How much does it cost, and is there a free trial?
#

agendabee has a single monthly subscription plan with no limits on products or schedules.

Before subscribing, you get 3 free days — no payment details required — to test every feature with your real store products.

There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time, directly from the dashboard.

For a store that runs at least one promotional campaign per month — Mother’s Day, Black Friday, clearance sale, flash sale — the monthly cost pays for itself in the first hour of manual work you no longer have to do.

Does agendabee change anything else in the Nuvemshop product listing?
#

No. agendabee only updates the price fields of the products at the scheduled time. No other information is modified: title, description, images, stock, and variants remain untouched.

If you enable the automatic tag option, agendabee adds a tag to the product during the promotional period and removes it automatically along with the price reversion. This is optional and makes it easy to identify which products were part of each campaign.

If your operation still requires you to be online at the exact moment a promotion starts or ends, agendabee was built for you.

Try it free for 3 days — no card, no commitment.
